REFUND POLICY
Packages are processed and shipped out in 24-28 hrs Monday-Friday. After order has shipped it can take 2-3 business days to be delivered.
Once your Package has been delivered and you experience any DAMAGED OR MISSING items, You have 24 Hours to contact us VIA EMAIL: [email protected]. providing your order number full name (that was used on order) and attached images of the item so we can check to see what we have on file.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Blink Away is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. A tracking number is sent via e-mail that was provided when order was palced. if your tracking information states that your package was delivered to the address you provided and you have not received it, you must contact USPS or UPS. Any lost, stolen package must be reported as a claim to USPS or UPS.
